Since 1972 BASKET COSTA sports club has been introducing basketball to boys and girls. In 2007 the association became a sports club supporting Unicef changing its name to "Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Basket Costa x l'Unicef". After 40 years of activity, the aims are still the same: to promote the most beautiful and most popular sport in the world and to initiate young women into competitive sport. The team is very popular and successful and for the current championship it has also gained another supporter, DAB will root for the ASD Basket Costa girls!
