Over 100 Technicians from All Parts of Italy Convene at DAB for 12-Day Refresher Courses

The strength of a company is gauged not just by the quality of its product, but also by the service it provides its customers.

With this in mind, throughout its 35-year history the successful business philosophy of DAB Pumps has always been to stand by their customers, assisting them through the entire life of the product, from the initial installation to specific technical assistance.

For this reason, in April and May of this year, a crucial time for the water movement industry, when the hot-water season ends and the cold-water season begins,

DAB Pumps organized at its headquarters in Mestrino (Padua) several refresher courses for the technicians of their registered Technical Assistance Centers.

Over 100 technicians attended, proof of the great interest generated by the courses. Several topics were covered: from the updated spare-parts catalogue to a presentation of the new AC circulators (which received an award at the most recent Expocomfort Trade Show), from sessions on Tesla and Idea engines to advance information on new electronic-control systems. Thus, the topic was not just plumbing, but a bringing up-to-date on all segments of the DWT GROUP water move- ment sector.

Additionally, and precisely because DAB Pumps has always endeavored to listen to the needs of its partners and customers, the sessions were not just devoted to a traditional presentation of the company’s products. Technicians from all over Italy were invited to share their experiences in the field. Thus, they exchanged information on real needs developed from experience, and likewise through this exchange DAB Pumps was able to listen to and read the market, getting a response from those who are in the field on a daily basis.

Convinced that specialized skills, the exchange between experts in the field, and listening to the always evolving needs of the market helps bring about better quali- ty of service, and therefore customer satisfaction, DAB Pumps has taken a leap forward with these Spring courses, boosting its performance.
