EVOPLUS, the evolution of Evotron
Sneak a preview at MCE 2012
During MCE 2012, DAB will launch Evoplus, the last generation circulator for civil and industrial applications complying with the Erp requirements, which will come into force in 2015. Evoplus represents DAB's response to the pressing challenges of the market in terms of energy efficiency and saving. An innovative range of electronic circulators for small, medium and large community systems featuring a class 'A' energy rating and already complying with the ErP Directive 2009/125/EC which do not take effect until 2015. As part of the evolution process of the Evotron family of domestic circulator they are equipped with a high efficiency synchronous motor, controlled by means of an on-board inverter; the combination of these elements together with the new hydraulics allow for a reduction in energy consumption of at least 70% as compared to a conventional circulator, at fixed speed.
New range of DAB SM submerged pumps
Models ranging from 6 to 12 inches, capable of handling up to 510 cubic meters per hour.
At MCE DAB will also showcase the SM series of submerged pumps capable of handling up to 510 cubic meters per hour adn providing excellent performance even with aggressive water thanks to microcast stainless steel. With a wide range of models ranging from 6 to 12 inches, both the standard cast iron or the AISI 316 stainless steel versions will be available. The standard version, dedicated to regular water pumping and handling needs, comes in a wide choice of models for heavy duty to be used in agricultural and industrial applications, thus optimizing performance and reducing energy consumption. The stainless steel version is suitable for any type of application dealing with aggressive water, thanks to the microcasting process that, by avoiding welding easily attacked by corrosive agents, ensures safety and reliability for a long time.
