Quality, sturdiness and reliability – these are the strengths of ALMA’s line of electric drainage pumps designed for construction sites, quarries and surface mines. Available in a variety of configurations and materials, DIG submersible electric pumps can operate in the most difficult conditions, draining non-clear water as well as heavy and highly abrasive liquids, while also offering energy savings and resistance to wear under extreme operating conditions. As they are used in situations in which speed and efficiency are essential, DIG electric pumps can also function while partially submerged and feature a micro-trip set to 112°C with automatic reset, which protects the pump and permits correct functioning even when there is insufficient cooling. In addition the entire DIG line features, as an option, a special patented break-resistant electric cable that has a tensile strength of up to 200 kg, thanks to its steel-reinforced internal structure.
