ECOPLANT 1600 and 2000 Entirely compatible with ALMA RW 1500, 2000 and 2500, RTL 2000 and RT 2000 pumps, the new ECOPLANT 1600 and 2000 automatic wastewater collection and pumping stations are the ideal solution for pumping wastewater in situations where the sewer line is situated above the collection tank. Both the 1600 and 2000 litre models are capable of pumping liquids having a maximum temperature of 40 °C, can be installed either underground or above ground, and feature a convenient, completely removable cover to facilitate installation and inspection of the electric pumps. In addition, the ECOPLANT models include seals, lead cables for the electric pumps, hydraulic fittings to convey the liquid being pumped, cable glands, DN 150 inlet sections, and tank ventilation valves. RWN 3000 SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMPS Five models ranging from 1.3 to 4 KW, with guaranteed passage of solids of up to 80 mm, and an impeller design and hydraulic body that optimize hydraulic performance and motor efficiency – RWN 3000 electric pumps are the best solution for pumping stations, and for transferring sewage from septic tanks, as well as wastewater that contains solids or fibres. The RWN 3000 models are also durable and resistant to wear, thanks to the use of components made entirely of cast iron, double seals (oil chamber lubricated), and oversized lower bearings. DIG SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMPS Quality, sturdiness and reliability – these are the strengths of ALMA’s line of electric drainage pumps designed for construction sites, quarries and surface mines. Available in a variety of configurations and materials, DIG submersible electric pumps can operate in the most difficult conditions, draining non-clear water as well as heavy and highly abrasive liquids, while also offering energy savings and resistance to wear under extreme operating conditions. As they are used in situations in which speed and efficiency are essential, DIG electric pumps can also function while partially submerged and feature a micro-trip set to 112°C with automatic reset, which protects the pump and permits correct functioning even when there is insufficient cooling. In addition the entire DIG line features, as an option, a special patented break-resistant electric cable that has a tensile strength of up to 200 kg, thanks to its steel-reinforced internal structure.
