DAB Pumps Spa employs about 500 people spread on the 3 Italina facilities in Mestrino (PD), Brendola (VI) e Castello di Godego (TV), and about 100 people in the European subsidaries. Several years ago, DAB started a course of action which would transform it from a function organisation into a process organisation , which means a lean structure where the main principles of working in team, developing Human Resources and effective communication guide the critical processes, allowing the company to reach important goals in terms of efficiency and productivity.
