BAP was founded in 1940 in Villongo by Alessandro Pievani and today is a leading company in the production of buttons and accessories.

The project involved the construction of a centralised heating and cooling system, using Evoplus electronic circulators, DCPE and DCMGE in-line pumps, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and precise temperature control throughout the facility.

Evoplus
Evoplus

Wet rotor electronic circulator designed for the circulation of water in conditioning and heating systems in commercial building service. The integrated variable frequency drive ensures greater comfort and protection against water hammer action, and also saves energy by adapting the motor speed to actual requirements. The display enables easy configuration and the setting of the six operating modes:
(proportional differential pressure,
constant differential pressure,
constant curve adjustment,
constant and proportional differential pressure in relation to water temperature,
economy function).
The circulator is supplied with flanged suction and delivery ports (also in the twin version). The single version includes insulation shells. The Evoplus D versions are supplied as standard with an automatic non-return suction valve incorporated in the delivery port to avoid water recirculating through the unit when it is not running and a blank flange for servicing either of the two motors. Possibility of remote control with the DConnect service (DConnect Box supplied separately).

Electronic in-line twin pumps (letter “D”) for water circulation in air conditioning and heating systems, and for domestic hot water recirculation in industrial applications, including primary circuits.

The pump body and motor support are made of cast iron. Depending on the model, the impellers are made of either cast iron or technopolymer and, upon request, are also available in bronze. The motor is a 4-pole type (letter “M”), and both suction and discharge ports are flanged. The DCM-GE version is equipped with a rigid coupling (letter “G”).

The MCE-C inverter is supplied as standard and automatically adjusts the motor operating speed according to system demand, protecting the system against water hammer and enabling energy savings compared to pumps or circulators without an inverter. Thanks to the H2D connectivity service, both local and remote control and monitoring are possible (with MCE-C, the DConnect Box is supplied separately).
