The survey is conducted by DAB PUMPS SPA, with registered office in Mestrino, Via Marco Polo 14, ("Data Controller" or the "Company") which undertakes to process all personal data and results relating to this survey confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"). 

The survey data are separated from your personal data used for sending and receiving this survey (name, surname, e-mail). Personal data are processed lawfully, correctly and transparently and collected exclusively for sending the survey. The Data Controller uses Personal Data to pursue its own legitimate interest GDPR Art. 6 (1) f).

The responses will be provided by this survey, will be treated anonymously and processed statistically in aggregate. The recording of the questionnaire responses does not contain any personal information. The results of the survey will be managed by employees of the Company and may be disclosed to persons within DAB Group. No personal data and results will be used for personal profiling.

The Personal Data will be processed by electronic means and stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed, after which it will be anonymized. You may, upon written request to the Data Controller, have access to your personal data and rectify any inaccurate or incomplete information, you may also exercise the other rights set forth in Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR as follows: the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and of course the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority in case of unlawful processing.
