The cable must have certain technical characteristics depending, for example, on the length you need or the volts it must provide. It is normal for the pump to generate noise during function. If the noise is particularly pronounced or otherwise different from the one usually produced during work it can be a symptom of problems. Depending on the area of the pump (hydraulic section, support, motor) from which it comes, you can try to identify the cause. We recommend you first read the product manual (or in our DNA software), then contacting your installer for the system verification. If this solution turns out to be unsuccessful, we suggest you to call your dealer.

DAB products for which assistance is required must be brought to one of our Authorized Technical Assistance. In some cases (when it is impossible to transport the product), warranty service can be carried out at the installation point. In any case such interventions must be authorized by DAB Customer Service.

You need to check this only with three phase electric motor, since the single-phase motors always rotate in the correct direction. If the direction of rotation of the motor is incorrect, an overload can occur and result in a serious damage to the electric pump.
All the details for checking and correcting the rotation direction (including some illustrations to make the procedure more understandable) are in the product manual. The verse may be clockwise or counterclockwise depending on the product. The direction of rotation must be checked every time the electric pump is electrically disconnected.

The warranty is 24 months from the purchase. You must exhibit proof of invoice or receipt (the receipt must contain the name of the product purchased). The warranty only persists if the product is defective.

The remove of the lock key is required in order to make changes to the operating parameters. Changing these parameters is recommended only by experienced personnel or by people following the instructions in the manual or with the supervision of the customer service. The lock key can be removed by pressing a different button combination for each product. The right combination is always written in the product manual.
