Attach a flexible hose on delivery, selecting from one of the connections available: 1” female thread, or, using an accessory coupling, 1” or 3/4” male thread or hose connector of 25 or 19mm Secure the free end of the hose so that the water does not return onto the canvas (if necessary, use the check valve supplied). Carefully place the pump on the canvas after connecting the delivery hose. Secure the ends of the delivery hose and power cable so that they do not touch the canvas. The pump is fitted with an eyebolt to enable attachment of a rope on the side opposite delivery (10 m rope included) 2 people are needed for positioning: one to pull the rope and one to pull the delivery hose (not the power cable) to obtain the correct position. We recommend you read the instruction manual of the Eurocover (also available in our DNA software) for all information on the use of the product.

The motor does not start and does not make any noise

The pump starts and stops continuously:
a)    Long delivery hose without check valve: the liquid returns to the canvas as soon as the pump stops
b)    Leak from check valve
c)    Motor thermal cut out trips: liquid too dense or too hot

a)    Suction screen partially obstructed
b)    Impeller or discharge partially obstructed or scaled
c)    Excessive ground level difference for pump head
d)    Electric supply voltage insufficient

The pump does not turn off:
a)    Float blocked
b)    Faulty switch
c)    Delivery obstructed or frozen
d)    The water flow rate onto the canvas is higher than the pump flow rate

Pump delivery failure:
a)    Excessive ground level difference for pump head
b)    Intake or delivery obstructed
c)    Delivery line frozen
d)    Excessive impeller wear
