The models with a float switch are started automatically when the water level rises. Pumps without a float are started manually by a switch upstream from the socket. We recommend you read the instruction manual of the Nova (also available in our DNA software) for useful information for use, maintenance and installation. 

• THE PUMP DOES NOT DELIVER -> The intake grid, or the delivery pipes are blocked or the impeller is worn or blocked.
• THE PUMP DOES NOT STOP ->Ensure that the float moves freely
• THE MOTOR DOES NOT START AND MAKES NO NOISE ->Check the electrical connections, check the protection fuses, ensure that the float moves freely.
• THE PUMP STOPS AFTER RUNNING A SHORT TIME -> The thermal overload protection device stops the pump immediately due to the density and temperature of the liquid. Ensure that the intake grid, the impeller or the delivery pipe are not blocked or stuck.
• THE FLOW IS INSUFFICIENT -> Check the correct direction of rotation, ensure that the intake grid, the impeller or the delivery pipe are not blocked or stuck
