OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT
a) The personal details that you have supplied during registration to the D.Events APP will be treated in order to enable you to take advantage of our services made available through such reserved area.
b) The personal details that you have supplied during registration to the D.Events APP will be treated to enable us to send to you, by e-mail, product newsletters, event, service and special offer communications.
TREATMENT METHODS
The above details will be treated in a legal manner, according to the principles of correctness, and in compliance with the security provisions of the Code. The details will be treated manually, electronically and telematically, following logics strictly correlated with the objects of the treatment, and always ensuring the safety and the confidentiality of the details themselves.
Your details will be stored for the time required for reaching the above objectives.

Users are free to provide their own personal details for registration to the D.Events reserved area of our Internet Website, to take advantage of our services and request to receive our newsletter. Failure to provide the necessary personal details will result in the impossibility of fulfilling the requests of the users.

Personal details may be disclosed to categories of individuals or legal entities that are authorised to access them by law or regulatory provisions.

You can exercise your rights towards the owner of the treatment of the personal details at any time. In particular you can obtain:

2) indication of the origin of the details and the objects and methods of treatment, of the logic applied in case of electronic treatment, the identification details of the Owner, the parties to whom they may be notified;
3) the update, amendment or integration of the details;
4) the cancellation or transformation in anonymous form, or the blocking of your details treated in violation of the law;
5) oppose, in full or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of the details, even if relevant to the scope of the collection; to the treatment of details for marketing purposes or for the completion of market surveys.

For the purposes indicated in item a), in view of the information notice supplied by yourselves, I hereby agree to the treatment of my personal details by your company, and to the disclosure of such details to third parties belonging to the indicated categories.
