NFC is an English acronym that stands for "Near Field Communication" a technology that allows the exchange of bidirectional data at a very short distance (a few centimeters). It is the technology normally used in shops with credit cards, smartwatches and smartphones to make contactless payments. Compared to bluetooth, data transmission takes place at a shorter distance and at very low speeds, making it suitable only for exchanging few amount of data.
