The direction of rotation must be checked each time a new installation is carried out.

Proceed as follows:

1. Place the pump on a flat surface.
2. Start the pump and stop it immediately.
3. Carefully observe the kickback on starting, looking at the pump from the motor side. The direction of rotation is correct, that is clockwise, if the protective cap moves as in the drawing (counter-clockwise).

If it is not possible to carry out the above because the pump is already installed, check as follows:

1. Start the pump and observe the water flow rate.
2. Stop the pump, turn off the power and invert two phases of the supply line.
3. Restart the pump and observe the water flow rate again.
4. Stop the pump.

The correct direction of rotation will be the one corresponding to the LOWEST flow rate and power consumption!

By lengthening or shortening the section of cable between the float switch and the stop point the START and/or STOP level of the pump is adjusted.

Ensure that the float can move freely. Minimum stopping level 360 mm from the bottom.

Il senso di rotazione dovrà essere controllato ogni volta si esegua una nuova installazione.

Si dovrà procedere come segue:

1. Posizionare la pompa su una superficie piana.
2. Avviare la pompa e fermarla immediatamente.
3. Osservare attentamente il contraccolpo all’avviamento, guardando la pompa dal lato motore. Il senso di rotazione è giusto, cioè orario, se la calotta di protezione si muove in senso antiorario.

Se non fosse possibile eseguire quanto precedentemente descritto perché la pompa è già installata, eseguire il controllo come segue:

1. Avviare la pompa ed osservare la portata d’acqua.
2. Fermare la pompa, togliere tensione ed invertire tra di loro due fasi della linea di alimentazione.
3. Riavviare la pompa e ricontrollare la portata d’acqua.
4. Arrestare la pompa.

Il senso di rotazione corretto sarà quello al quale corrisponderà la portata e l’assorbimento elettrico MINORI!

Allungando o accorciando il tratto di cavo compreso tra il galleggiante ed il punto fermo (asola prevista nella maniglia), si regola il livello di inserzione (START) o/e il livello di stacco (STOP) della pompa. Fare attenzione che il galleggiante si possa muovere liberamente. Livello minimo di arresto 360 mm dal fondo.
