The old booster sets were not able to provide the right pressure to the production lines, and the power consumption was very high.
Previous on/off booster sets have been replaced by a booster sets with variable frequency drive, that keeps the pressure constant by varying the frequency of the motor according to the request and also, thanks to the silent water-cooled permanent magnet motor, it allows greater efficiency and energy savings.
Available in two power sizes, Esybox Max is composed of modular elements that allow different configurations: single, double, triple or quadruple unit are possible, to cover the needs of medium/large condominiums and high buildings.
The innovative support base of the pumping unit and the wireless communication between the pumps make it possible to assemble the unit directly at the installation site (O.S.A. concept) even by one person.
Thanks to the integrated connectivity and the new DConnect App, you can check the pump, view the details of alarms and monitor the status of the system directly on your smartphone.

I vecchi gruppi di pressurizzazione non erano in grado di fornire la giusta pressione alle linee di produzione ed il consumo di energia era molto elevato.
I precedenti gruppi di aumento pressione on/off sono stati sostituiti da gruppi di pressurizzazione con inverter, che mantengono costante la pressione variando la frequenza del motore a seconda della richiesta. Inoltre, grazie al silenzioso motore a magneti permanenti raffreddato ad acqua, è possibile ottenere una maggiore efficienza ed un notevole risparmio energetico.
Disponibile in due taglie di potenza, Esybox Max è composto da elementi modulari che consentono diverse configurazioni: sono possibili unità singole, doppie, triple o quadruple, per coprire le esigenze di condomini di medio/grandi dimensioni e di edifici con importanti altezze.
L’innovativa base di appoggio del gruppo pompante e la comunicazione wireless tra le pompe consentono di montare il gruppo direttamente sul luogo di installazione (concetto O.S.A.) anche da una sola persona.
Grazie alla connettività integrata e alla nuova App DConnect, puoi controllare la pompa, visualizzare i dettagli degli allarmi e monitorare lo stato dell’impianto direttamente sul tuo smartphone.

Our journey towards sustainability continues, and we are taking a closer look at all the details of the DAB green mobility project.
The investments in recharging infrastructures and the new fleet of electric company cars, in fact, define a new concept of mobility, contributing to the achievement of targets such as reducing the CO2 emissions, planned in the Group Strategy 2025.
