The San Giuseppe Institute is a Residential Health Care Facility located in Villa d'Adda (BG), accredited by the Lombardy Region for the reception of non-self-sufficient elderly people.

The project involved the redevelopment of the heating system and the ACS (domestic hot water) production system, with the installation of 10 EVOPLUS and 4 EVOPLUS SAN.

Thanks to the new DAB EVOPLUS hot water circulation pump with integrated Inverter Technology to adapt the motor speed to the system's needs and reduce energy consumption, it was possible to improve the building's energy efficiency and guarantee continuous and reliable service.

L'Istituto San Giuseppe è una Residenza Sanitaria Assistenziale (RSA) situata a Villa d'Adda, in provincia di Bergamo, accreditata dalla Regione Lombardia per l'accoglienza di anziani non autosufficienti.

L’intervento ha riguardato la riqualificazione della centrale termica e dell’impianto di produzione ACS (acqua calda sanitaria), con l’installazione di 10 EVOPLUS e 4 EVOPLUS SAN.

Grazie ai nuovi circolatori per acqua calda DAB EVOPLUS con la tecnologia Inverter integrata per adattare la velocità del motore alle esigenze dell'impianto e ridurre il consumo energetico, è stato possibile migliorare l’efficienza energetica dell'edificio e garantire un servizio continuo e affidabile.                                                                                    

I circolatori EVOPLUS SAN di DAB Pumps sono specificamente progettati per applicazioni sanitarie, per impianti civili e industriali. Il loro nuovo display digitale per la regolazione delle impostazioni e la loro diagnostica integrata permette una rapida configurazione del prodotto e una facile manutenzione dello stesso.

The work involved the construction of a heating and cooling system. For this project, 10 circulators and in-line water pumps belonging to three different ranges were used: DCPE, DCM-GE and EVOPLUS.

The EVOPLUS water circulation pump series was used for the office system, ensuring energy efficiency and ease management thanks to the integrated Inverter technology. For the production systems, the DCPE and DCM-GE in-line water pump series were installed, chosen for their robustness, long-term reliability and because they are particularly suitable for the specific demands of this type of industrial application.

Il progetto ha previsto la realizzazione di una centrale di riscaldamento e refrigerazione per la gestione dell’acqua tecnica al servizio dell’impianto di Ecogalvanica 4.0. Per la realizzazione sono stati utilizzati 10 circolatori e pompe in linea appartenenti a tre diverse gamme DCPE, DCM-GE e EVOPLUS.

La serie di circolatori DAB EVOPLUS è stata scelta per l’impianto a servizio degli uffici, garantendo efficienza energetica e facilità di gestione grazie alla tecnologia Inverter integrata. Per gli impianti produttivi, invece, sono state installate pompe in linea DAB delle serie DCPE e DCM-GE, selezionate per le loro caratteristiche di robustezza e affidabilità nel tempo, risultando particolarmente adatte a soddisfare le esigenze specifiche di questo tipo di applicazioni industriali.

For the "Borgo Felice" residential building, located in Bari and composed by 246 apartments, it was necessary to create seven independent water system, one for each stairwell.
