THE REQUEST: STADIUM HEATING PLANT WITH HEATED PITCH

The pitch was to be heated by an under-soil system with single-head in-line electronic pumps. For the conditioning systems in the accessory areas, a heating substation was installed with wet-rotor circulators and in-line electronic pumps. For the auxiliary plants for the production of heating energy, co-generation systems were made with single-head and twin-head in-line electronic pumps. Although inverter technology is an initial investment for the pump, the optimisation of operation combines with a lower running cost, representing a brilliant example of efficient installation.

LA RICHIESTA: CENTRALE TERMICA PER LO STADIO CON CAMPO DA GIOCO RISCALDATO

Il campo da gioco doveva essere riscaldato da un impianto a pavimento con pompe in linea elettroniche, a singola testa.  Per gli impianti di condizionamento dei locali accessori, è stata installata una sotto centrale termica con circolatori a rotore bagnato e pompe in linea elettroniche. Per gli impianti ausiliari alla produzione di energia termica, sono stati realizzati degli impianti di cogenerazione con pompe in linea elettroniche, a singola testa e gemellari. Benché la tecnologia ad inverter rappresenti un investimento iniziale per la pompa, l’ottimizzazione del funzionamento si unisce ad un minor costo di esercizio, rappresentando un brillante esempio di installazione efficiente.

THE REQUEST: MODERNISATION OF PUMPS FOR THE HEATING PLANT AND WASTE WATERS

The project considered work both for the climate control circulation system and for cold water, installing various CM, KLP, NKM-G and KDN pumps and a 3-pump inverter unit. The waste water management system was also revised, with 4 FEKA 8000 and 2 Feka 6000.

LA RICHIESTA: AMMODERNAMENTO POMPE CENTRALE TERMICA E ACQUE REFLUE

Nel progetto sono stati considerati gli interventi sia per l’impianto di circolazione per la climatizzazione sia per quanto riguarda l’acqua fredda, installando diverse pompe CM e KLP, NKM-G, KDN e un gruppo inverter a 3 pompe. È stato rivisto anche il sistema di gestione delle acque di scarico 4 FEKA 8000 e 2 Feka 6000.

THE REQUEST: REPLACEMENT OF SIX CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

The waters of the Nile are lifted and sent to the purifying station by 6 normalised single-stage centrifugal pumps, suitable for the transfer of liquids in agriculture, market gardening and industry.

LA RICHIESTA: SOSTITUZIONE DI SEI POMPE CENTRIFUGHE

L’acqua del Nilo viene prelevata e rilanciata alla stazione di potabilizzazione da 6 pompe centrifughe normalizzate monostadio adatte al trasferimento di liquidi in agricoltura, orticoltura e nell’industria.

THE REQUEST: SUBMERGED MOTOR FOR THE AQUEDUCT OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES

 A TR14200 rewindable submerged 14” motor was requested with 200 HP, 4 poles and power 2300V 60Hz. The motor was coupled with a pump made by Hydroflo and installed by General Pumps, a contractor in Los Angeles.

 È stato richiesto un motore sommerso TR14200 riavvolgibile 14” 200Hp 4 poli alimentazione 2300V 60Hz. Il motore è stato accoppiato con una pompa costruita da Hydroflo e installato da General Pumps, contractor di Los Angeles.
 

THE REQUEST: SUBMERGED MOTOR FOR WATER SUPPLY IN GOLDEN VALLEY

 o manage the water flow in the region, we supplied a TR14350 customised rewindable submerged 14” motor with 350 HP, 4 poles and power 2300V 60Hz. The motor was coupled to a 17-stage pump by National Pumps, model J11HC, with 850 rpm and a head of 1068 feet.
