This year DAB Pumps was awarded again by students of University of Padua, winning two sections of the Best Talent Hunter, the event dedicated to companies that stand out for the excellent level of their recruiting activities.

DAB believes in the talent of young people and takes care of it as an important present and future investment, trying to involve enterprising and enthusiastic boys and girls in its company activities, even more and better.
This year DAB has received two awards - Best Tutoring Activity and Best Company for Intern Satisfaction: the prizes are the result of and internship survey, made by interns from the University of Padua.
The two awards derive from the positive return that the students gave of their period in DAB and are a perfect picture of the way in which the company involves interns.

Naturally, this makes us proud, so a special thanks goes to the working teams that, together with the tutors, take care of the people on stage every day: their contribution is essential to make this experience truly formative from a professional point of view but also from the human one.

The event took place last Thursday, December the 5th  at the Auditorium of the Botanical Garden of Padua, in the presence of Gilda Rota, Director of the Career Service of the University of Padua; of Daniela Lucangeli, Vice-rector for School-university-work Continuity Training and of all the people who work within the Career Service to support students, graduates and companies.
 

Anche quest’anno DAB Pumps è stata premiata dall’Università degli Studi di Padova nell’ambito del Best Talent Hunter, l’evento dedicato alle aziende che si distinguono per l’ottimo livello delle loro attività di recruiting.

DAB crede nel talento dei giovani e lo cura quale importante investimento presente e futuro, cercando di coinvolgere sempre di più e meglio ragazzi e ragazze intraprendenti ed entusiasti nelle attività aziendali. 

Quest’anno DAB ha ricevuto ben due premi – Miglior Attività di Tutoraggio e Miglior Azienda per Soddisfazione dello Stagista – che sono il risultato delle valutazioni di fine tirocinio fatte dagli stagisti provenienti dall’ateneo patavino. I due riconoscimenti derivano dal ritorno positivo che gli studenti hanno dato del loro periodo in DAB e sono una fotografia perfetta del modo in cui l’azienda accoglie gli stagisti.

Naturalmente, questo ci rende orgogliosi perciò un ringraziamento speciale va ai team di lavoro che, insieme ai tutor, si prendono cura ogni giorno delle persone in stage: il loro contributo è essenziale per rendere questa esperienza davvero formativa dal punto di vista professionale ma anche da quello umano.

L’evento si è svolto giovedì 5 dicembre all’Auditorium dell’Orto Botanico di Padova, alla presenza di Gilda Rota, Direttrice del Career Service dell’Università di Padova; di Daniela Lucangeli, Prorettrice alla continuità formativa scuola-università-lavoro e di tutte le persone che lavorano all’interno del Career Service per dare supporto a studenti, neolaureati e aziende.
