Looking for new talent at Università Aperta IES 2018- Category: Fairs and events
On Thursday 8 November DAB Pumps will take part in Università Aperta IES 2018 (IES 2018 Open University), the sector Career Day of the University of Padua dedicated to engineering, economics and statistics students and graduates.
The representatives of the Human Resources and Personnel Administration departments of DAB, always on the lookout for new talents, will attend the event with the hope of meeting the professionals of the future and share with them the essence of this multinational company. Dab confirms once again its attention towards innovation, particularly as regards to skills. And for this reason, is always looking for great minds to introduce in a growing environment where they will be able to develop their capabilities.
This eight edition of “Università Aperta IES 2018” is organised by the Career Service of the University of Padua.
The appointment is therefore for 9.30 to 17.30 on Thursday 8 November at via No. Tommaseo no. 59, Hall 15, Padova Fair centre.

A caccia di nuovi talenti all’Università Aperta IES 2018- Category: Fairs and events
Giovedì 8 Novembre DAB Pumps prenderà parte a Università Aperta IES 2018, il Career Day settoriale dell’Università degli Studi di Padova dedicato a studenti e laureati dei corsi di ingegneria, economia e Statistica.
I rappresentanti dei dipartimenti Human Resources e Personnel Administration di DAB, sempre a caccia di giovani talenti, parteciperanno all’evento, per incontrare i professionisti del futuro e presentare loro l’essenza di questa realtà multinazionale. Dab, infatti, conferma la sua attenzione verso l’innovazione, soprattutto delle competenze e per questo è alla continua ricerca di menti brillanti, da inserire in un contesto di crescita dove poter coltivare le proprie competenze.
Questa ottava edizione di “Università Aperta IES 2018”, è organizzata dal Career Service dell’Università degli Studi di Padova.
L’appuntamento è quindi giovedì 8 Novembre dalle 9.30 alle 17.30 in via N. Tommaseo 59 presso la Fiera di Padova, padiglione 15.
THE REQUEST
In the south area of Jakarta, in the district of Perum Kemang Jaya, 15 km far from the centre, a high-end residential suburb gives accommodation to many rich or middle-class people, who can find the fresh comfort of nature and the silence of countryside, still living nearby the economic and business centre of the city.
In this district, three-storeys villas are surrounded by gardens with palms, sandalwood trees and flowers, as orchids and ferns. The swimming pool in such a garden is an added value to create a private comfortable Eden. This is also the case of Mr. Hafis’ house. Approached by Budi’s Pool Team, he accepted the deal of installing the innovative ESWIM 1.5 Hp for his pool.
The deal was to accept the higher technology of an electronic pump driven by VFD. The big advantage of choosing ESWIM is the variable performance, that makes the pump adaptable to different conditions of the pool and different filtration needs. The variable speed also enables a consistent energy saving, who guarantees a payback shorter than two years. But there are still many advantages to be listed: the big display with keyboard allows the end-user to command the pump the way he desires, a remote control of the pump is also possible, the liquid cooled motor performs in a very silent operation.
Probably, the incredibly low noise level of ESWIM is exactly the reason why Mr. Hafis chose ESWIM. Actually he was very satisfied by his choice and the assistance given by DAB promoter Budi’s Pool team “Bpk Mijan”. Also, being the first Indonesian customer installing an ESWIM, Mr. Hafis is now a celebrity and a dear friend for us!

Nell’area a sud di Giacarta, nel distretto di Perum Kemang, a 15 km dal centro, un quartiere di lusso ospita le persone più ricche della città, che qui possono godere di una buona dose di natura. Il verde, il fresco e il silenzio sono anch’essi beni di lusso garantiti dagli ampi giardini di palme, sandalo, orchidee e felci creati attorno a queste abitazioni, che restano comunque non troppo lontane dal cuore economico della città.
Le lussuose ville a tre piani sono quasi sempre fornite anche di una piscina scoperta, posizionata nel mezzo del giardino privato a formare una piccola oasi intoccabile. Questo è anche il caso della villa del Sig. Hafis, il quale, consigliato e supportato nella scelta dagli esperti installatori di Budi’s Pool Team, ha deciso di installare una ESWIM da 1.5 Cv per la sua piscina.
La sfida era rappresentata dallo scegliere una pompa di tecnologia superiore controllata da una scheda elettronica con inverter. Il grande vantaggio di questa scelta è la variabilità delle performance ottenibili dalla pompa che, variando la velocità di rotazione, sa adattarsi al meglio a diverse condizioni della piscina e a diversi rapporti di filtrazione. Inoltre, la tecnologia a inverter origina anche un significativo risparmio energetico, che permette di ripagare l’investimento effettuato in meno di due anni. Ma ci sono ancora molti altri vantaggi da elencare riguardo a ESWIM: il grande display e la comoda tastiera rendono la pompa facile da pilotare secondo le proprie esigenze, è possibile il controllo da remoto della pompa, il motore raffreddato a liquido si conferma estremamente silenzioso.
Molto probabilmente è stato proprio il bassissimo livello sonoro di ESWIM che ha convinto il sig. Hafis a scegliere E.Swim. Alla fine, Hafis è stato molto soddisfatto della scelta e dell'assistenza tecnica ricevuta dal nostro partner Budi’s Pool team “Bpk Mijan”. Inoltre, essendo stato il primo cliente indonesiano a installare ESWIM, il sig. Hafis è diventato una celebrità all’interno di DAB.
