DAB at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2018

DAB Pumps torna a MCE 2018 con grandi novitá.

DAB Pumps non smentisce le attese del mercato e si presenta quest’anno al pubblico di Mostra Convegno Expocomfort  di Milano, dal 13 al 16 marzo 2018, con nuove soluzioni per ottimizzare l’ esperienza del cliente. 

Confermati i 420 mq dello stand DAB A01 che per questa edizione accoglierà i clienti al padiglione 9 e su un’area esterna di Corso Italia dedicata al D.Truck.Un nuovo layout con spazi rinnovati contraddistinti da una comunicazione che punta sulla centralità del cliente, attraverso nuovi prodotti ed i servizi forniti dai dipartimenti D.Project, D.Service, D.Connect e D.Training.

Le novità di prodotto riguardano l’ampliamento nella gamma di circolatori per il residenziale, candidati al Percorso Efficienza e Innovazione MCE, i gruppi antincendio 1KVT, le vasche di sollevamento Fekafos maxi per lo smaltimento delle acque cariche in ambito civile ed infine le due new-entry nella linea di trituratori Genix , Genix WL e Genix VT, per lo smaltimento degli scarichi domestici quando non è possibile lo scarico per gravità.

L’innovazione tecnologica DAB continua con e.syline, la linea iconica DAB, che inaugura il primo ingresso a MCE di e.sybox mini3, e presenta le ultime integrazioni della gamma accessori. Sullo sfondo rimane chiara l’identità DAB,  che con il suo Made by People for People,  ribadisce come le persone rappresentino risorse indispensabili per il successo dell’azienda.

THE REQUEST

The Alila Vilas Uluwatu is a luxury hotel located on the south coast of the island of Bali, face to the sea. It’s part of the Alila management company, that operates in Indonesia, India and Oman, with headquarter in Singapore. The word Alila means "marvel" in Sanskrit. The building is complying several quality standards about modern design, service level and environment care. Being a customer of Alila Vilas Uluwatu hotel is also an act of charity: a percentage of the total incoming is devolved to improve the life conditions of Balinese children, as poverty is still a widespread problem in the island.    
For the renewal and enlargement of its water filtration system, Vilas Uluwatu chose DAB Pumps as a technical partner for the supply of 42 pumps. In a complex of infinity pools (where the pool borders mix with the horizon in an optical illusion), small lakes with water plants, waterfalls and fountains,  EUROSWIM was chosen as a superior quality equipment compared to other pumps.  
The better performances of EUROSWIM allowed a reduction of the total power of the system, thus reducing the energy consumption: 26 pumps over 42 are 2 HP, the remaining 16 pumps are 1.5 HP.

L’hotel Alila Vilas Uluwatu è uno dei più lussuosi hotel dell’isola, situato sulla costa sud e affacciato sul mare. Fa parte della importante catena di hotel e resort Alila, che in lingua sanscrita significa meraviglia. La proprietà ha certificato l’hotel secondo i più importanti standard di design, qualità del servizio e rispetto dell’ambiente. Essere clienti dell’hotel Vilas Uluwatu significa inoltre contribuire al sociale: una percentuale del ricavato va in beneficenza, specialmente ad associazioni che aiutano i bambini dell’isola di Bali, molti dei quali vivono ancora in condizioni di povertà. In un programma di riammodernamento ed estensione dei propri impianti, Vilas Uluwatu ha scelto DAB Pumps come partner tecnico per le pompe di filtrazione dell’acqua. Navatanee neighborhood is located in the north-east area of Bangkok, 20 km from the city center. Its position is appreciated by those people who loves to breath the fresh air of nature and green landscapes. Navatanee lets you luxuriate in a magnitude of serenity, and circulate around recreational activities whilst embracing the whispering orchestra of crickets day and night. A golf course center is available in the big park surrounded by hills and lakes, and the prime-level residential area is expanding: it will accommodate 16 new houses with an average width of 60 meters.
The responsible of the “Navatanee residential project” met DAB Pumps during an exhibition in Bangkok. He was surprised by the revolutionary concept of the booster set: easy to use and easy to install, no need of control box to operate the function of the two pumps, beautiful design perfectly matching the style of the high-end furniture and equipment of the houses.
The customer tried one unit at first, and after the success and the positive feedback, he extended the E.sytwin to 5 further villas. The rest of the houses might be changed later, switching from a traditional system to a modern E.sytwin. This will also permit a major comfort to users and energy saving, thanks to constant pressure and VFD control.

Mechanical Seal

It is used to isolate the chamber where the liquid circulates from the outside. The mechanical seal is the part of the pump which is suitable for isolating two environments, among which there is a component with circular motion. For example, the mechanical seal serves to isolate the electrical part from the chamber where the liquid circulates. It is said that the seal is "mechanical" because it is the set of components pushed by a spring to prevent the liquid from reaching the electric part of the engine.

Serve ad isolare la camera dove circola il liquido dall’esterno. Con tenuta meccanica si intende la parte della pompa atta ad isolare due ambienti, tra i quali vi sia un componente dotato di moto circolare. La tenuta meccanica serve ad esempio ad isolare la parte elettrica dalla camera dove circola il liquido. Si dice che la tenuta (l’isolamento) è “meccanica” perché è l’insieme dei componenti spinti da una molla ad impedire al liquido di arrivare nella parte elettrica del motore.
