THE REQUEST

Thanks to the presence of many foreigners in the suburbs of Cape Town, besides the local cuisine, you can find food from all over the world. We all know that, wherever you are, pasta with tomato sauce, the most famous Italian dish, is never missing.

Rialto Food Factory is the company who provides the excellence of Italian products around South Africa. It operates by importing the finest food from Italy and guaranteeing its high-quality provenance. The name Rialto is taken from the famous bridge dominating the Grand Canal in the city of Venice. The plant of Rialto Food Factory is located in Montague Garden: here, a big area is destined to stock and warehouse, but there is also a section for food treatment (washing of vegetables for example). For the industrial processes, they need a large amount of pressurized water, so, supported by DAB sales agent, the plant manager chose E.sytwin. E.sytwin is an easy to install product who drastically reduces the time for commissioning.

The two pumps work together alternately (with water request up to 50%) or simultaneously (from 50% to full capacity). It is a smart booster set who manages the duty by itself, without any electrical panel or control system. The two pumps are then able to guarantee the function of back-up & rotation, who is essential in any production process. Nevertheless, the win condition for choosing E.sytwin was the WRAS and ACS certifications provided with the product. In fact, thanks to the inert materials and the operation principle, E.sytwin is able to guarantee the maximum hygiene of the treated water, which can be used also for food applications. Finally, to resist outdoor conditions, the two E.sybox were equipped with an E.sycover each.

LA RICHIESTA

Grazie alla presenza di molti stranieri nei borghi di Città del Capo, si possono trovare cibi diversi in ogni angolo della città, provenienti da tutto il mondo. Anche qui non possono mancare le specialità italiane, come per esempio un piatto di pasta con sugo al pomodoro.

Rialto Food Factory è una impresa di importazione di cibo italiano nel Sudafrica, prelevandolo direttamente dai migliori produttori italiani grazie ad un canale di distribuzione privilegiato. È un dovere di Rialto Food Factory garantire e dimostrare l’autenticità dei prodotti selezionati. L’azienda ha scelto di prendere il nome da un noto monumento italiano, il ponte di Rialto sul Canal Grande, uno dei più bei monumenti di Venezia.

La sede di Rialto Food Factory è nella zona del Montague Garden: una grande parte dello stabilimento è dedicata allo stoccaggio dei prodotti, mentre una seconda parte è dedicata ad una lavorazione locale dei prodotti e delle materie prime (lavaggio e igienizzazione di verdura per esempio). Per questo processo industriale, l’azienda necessita di grossi volumi d’acqua: con il supporto e i consigli di DAB, il cliente ha scelto di installare E.sytwin per questa applicazione.

E.sytwin è un prodotto facile da installare, che riduce in modo drastico il tempo e gli sforzi per la messa in servizio. Le due pompe lavorano insieme in modo alternato (fino a richieste pari a 50% della capacità complessiva) o in modo simultaneo (dal 50% a piena capacità). E’ un gruppo di pressurizzazione in grado di gestire la richiesta da solo, senza la necessità di nessun quadro esterno di controllo. Le due pompe inoltre sono in grado di garantire la funzionalità di back-up e rotazione, che è fondamentale nei processi produttivi. Tuttavia, il vero fattore chiave che ha reso E.sybox la scelta vincente sono state le certificazioni WRAS e ACS fornite con il prodotto. Infatti, grazie ai materiali inerti impiegati e al principio di funzionamento, E.sybox può soddisfare i massimi criteri di igienicità dell’acqua trattata, garantendo quindi la compatibilità con il trattamento di acqua per cibi e bevande.

Infine, per rendere E.sybox resistente alle condizioni esterne, ciascuna pompa è stata dotata della protezione E.sycover.

THE REQUEST

The project is based on the construction of one of the largest towers of Mashhad with 35 floors and 150 meters high; the tower located in a land of 4100 square meters has an internal infrastructure of approximately 60 thousand square meters with 300 commercial units and 140 offices.

The complex houses several departments , shopping and luxury commercial centers , restaurants, gym, pool and a beautiful VIP garden on the roof top.

The construction of electricity and air conditioning systems was performed thanks the perfect cooperation of two main companies:

• Knowledge based on Spico LTD, the exclusive partner of DAB in Iran, provided engineering support in order to improve solutions able to optimize water and energy consumption.
• Diesel Pump Asia Trade Co , the exclusive representative of DAB Company in Mashhad provided materials in line with the project requirements, engineering calculations and after sales service support.

DAB products installed on the field provided a perfect solution for HVAC, Waste Water and Water Boosting systems.
