The aerator generates an upward thrust through the impeller. For this reason the aerator must be fixed so as to avoid twisting or movements.  During assembly it is particularly necessary to ensure that the product is correctly immersed at a minimum depth of 20 cm. If this minimum depth of installation is not respected, overheating of the motor occurs which could cause the tripping of the thermal overload protection.  All the power cables of the aerator and of the pumps used must be firmly secured and must not enter the sewage. In this way the rotating impeller cannot come in contact with the cables and damage them. A 90° bend must be fixed onto the threaded suction mouth with suitable gaskets and then fixed to a suction pipe with a pipe tightening clamp. L’aeratore genera attraverso la girante una spinta verso l’alto. Per questo motivo è necessario che l'aeratore sia fissato per evitare torsioni o spostamenti. Durante il montaggio occorre in particolare assicurarsi che il prodotto sia correttamente immerso ad una profondità minima di 20 cm. Se tale quota minima di installazione non viene rispettata si genera il surriscaldamento del motore che potrebbe causare l’intervento della protezione termo-amperometrica. Tutti i cavi di alimentazione dell'aeratore a e delle pompe impiegate devono essere assicurati saldamente e non devono entrare nel liquame. In questo modo la girante in rotazione non potrà entrare a contatto con i cavi e danneggiarli. Una curva a 90° deve essere fissata sull’imbocco di aspirazione filettato con le opportune guarnizioni e quindi fissato un tubo di aspirazione con una fascetta stringitubo. Prestare attenzione: l’aeratore deve essere installato in posizione verticale!

Before starting the pump, make sure that it is completely immersed in water. On the version provided with a float switch, ensure that the float can move freely. Ensure that the minimum dimensions of the borehole are as in the figure below. The dimensions of the borehole must also be calculated with relation to the quantity of water arriving and to the pump flow rate so as not to subject the motor to excessive starting operations. When the pump is to be in a fixed installation, with a float, a check valve must always be fitted in the delivery pipe. Place the pump on a flat surface.
Start the pump and stop it immediately.
Carefully observe the kick-back on starting, looking at the pump from the motor side. The direction of rotation is correct, that is clockwise, if the protection cap moves as in the drawing (anti-clockwise).
If it is not possible to check as described above because the pump is already installed, check as follows:
Start the pump and observe the water flow rate.
Stop the pump, switch off the power and invert two phases on the supply line.
