La pompa sia regolarmente adescata, provvedendo al totale riempimento del corpo pompa. Questo per far in modo che la pompa cominci a funzionare subito in modo regolare e che il dispositivo di tenuta (meccanica o baderna) risulti ben lubrificata. Before filling the pump through the filling hole you must first partially unscrew the drainage pin/cap (when filling just unscrew it by 3 or 4 turns) without forcing it.

• After having removed the cap, fill the pump slowly through the filling hole so as to discharge any air pockets present inside.
• Before starting the pump, close the filling cap and screw the drainage pin/cap all the way, without forcing it.
• Vent by means of the screw on the part opposite the filling cap
• Fully open the gate valve on intake and keep the one on delivery almost closed.
• Switch on and check that the direction of rotation is correct. If not, invert any two phase leads, after having disconnected the pump from the power mains.
• Once the hydraulic circuit has been completely filled with liquid, gradually open the delivery gate valve until its maximum opening.
• With the pump running, check the supply voltage at the motor terminals, which must not differ from the rated value by +/- 5%.
• With the unit at regular running speed, check that the current absorbed by the motor does not exceed the value on the data plate.

Prima di riempire la pompa dal foro di carico è necessario svitare parzialmente lo spillo/tappo di scarico (nella fase di riempimento basta svitarlo di 3 o 4 giri), senza forzare, poi riempire la pompa attraverso il foro di carico, dopo aver rimosso il tappo, lentamente in modo da scaricare le eventuali sacche d’aria presenti all’interno. Prima di avviare la pompa, chiudere il tappo di carico e avvitare lo spillo/tappo di scarico fino a fine corsa, senza forzare e procedere con lo sfiato agendo sulla vite posta dalla parte opposta del tappo di carico, come indicato nella figura qui sotto. Aprire totalmente la saracinesca in aspirazione e tenere quella di mandata quasi chiusa. Dare tensione e controllare il giusto senso di rotazione come indicato nella figura del paragrafo precedente. In caso contrario invertire tra di loro due qualsiasi conduttori di fase, dopo aver scollegato la pompa dalla rete di alimentazione. Quando il circuito idraulico è stato completamente riempito di liquido aprire progressivamente la saracinesca di mandata fino alla massima apertura. Con l’elettropompa in funzione, verificare la tensione di alimentazione ai morsetti del motore che non deve differire del +/- 5% dal valore nominale. Con il gruppo a regime, controllare che la corrente assorbita dal motore non superi quella di targa.
