Per avviare la pompa:

1. aprire totalmente la saracinesca posta in aspirazione e tenere quella di mandata quasi chiusa.
2. Dare tensione e controllare il giusto senso di rotazione che, osservando il motore dal lato ventola, dovrà avvenire in senso orario. Il controllo dovrà essere eseguito dopo aver alimentato la pompa agendo sull’interruttore generale con una veloce sequenza marcia arresto. Nel caso in cui il senso di rotazione sia contrario invertire tra di loro due qualsiasi conduttori di fase, dopo aver isolato la pompa dalla rete di alimentazione.
3. Quando il circuito idraulico è stato completamente riempito di liquido aprire progressivamente la saracinesca di mandata fino alla massima apertura consentita. Si deve infatti controllare il consumo energetico del motore e confrontarlo con quello indicato in targhetta specialmente nel caso in cui si sia intenzionalmente dotata la pompa di motore con potenza ridotta (controllare le caratteristiche di progetto).
4. Con l’elettropompa in funzione, verificare la tensione di alimentazione ai morsetti del motore che non deve differire del +/- 5% dal valore nominale.

Ricordiamo che l’elettropompa non deve mai funzionare a secco. I motori monofase sono dotati di protezione termo amperometrica e si collegano direttamente alla rete di alimentazione, mentre nel caso delle pompe trifase è necessario proteggere la pompa con un interruttore automatico (ad esempio magnetotermico) tarato sui dati di targa dell’elettropompa. Sempre per i soli motori trifase è importante che si controlli il senso di rotazione del motore, in caso contrario basta invertire due conduttori di fase.

Il motore non parte e non genera rumori

•        Verificare le connessioni elettriche

•        Verificare i fusibili di protezione

•        Verificare che il galleggiante si muova liberamente

La pompa si arresta dopo aver funzionato poco tempo

• Il dispositivo di protezione termo-amperometrica arresta la pompa immediatamente a causa della densità e temperatura del liquido
• Verificare la griglia di aspirazione, la girante o il tubo di mandata non siamo ostruiti od incrostati

È normale una piccola fuoriuscita di acqua dalla pompa in funzione in quanto è presente un foro di sfiato anti-cavitazione.

Sì, bisogna però prevedere cavi di alimentazione tipo H05 RN-F per uso interno e di tipo H07 RN-F per uso esterno ( ≥10 mt ) completi di spina.

The single phase electric pump rotates always in the correct direction.
In case of wrong rotation direction stop immediately the electric pump and inform the distributor or the Technical office.
Check’ the exact rotation direction of three-phase electric pumps proceeding as follows:
-    Slightly tilt the pump to one side or hang it from a lifting means;
-    Start the electric pump for a few seconds, making sure that the kick-back does not become a danger hazard;
-    The correct direction is indicated by harrows on the electric pump cover and pump body. If the kick-back has been anti-clock wise viewing the electric pump from above, then the rotation direction is correct
If the rotation direction is wrong, disconnect the power supply and reconnect the electric pump to the main by switching two of the three phases with each other. The rotation direction must be checked again every time the electric pump is electrically disconnected or an intervention is necessary in case of phase failure. attention! In case it should be necessary to extend the length of the electric cable verify the good quality and the correct section in relation with the length and the motor power.
The connection must be executed by care of skilled personnel and with materials that guarantee a perfect insulation of conductors, tightness and impermeableness lasting in time.
The eventual replacement of electric cable must be carried out by skilled personnel using electric cable H07RN-F. Prima di avviare l’elettropompa eseguire un ultimo attento controllo delle connessioni idrauliche ed elettriche e relative tarature delle apparecchiature. Attivare le procedure di sicurezza previste e controllare attentamente l’efficienza delle protezioni. Verificare che l’elettropompa sia correttamente immersa nel liquido da pompare e che il livello si trovi all’altezza prevista per il consenso alle apparecchiature di avviamento. Avviare l’elettropompa e controllare che il valore della corrente non superi i dati di targa e che la tensione di alimentazione risulti nei limiti previsti. In presenza di relè di protezione eseguire la taratura degli stessi in base al valore di corrente di funzionamento: il relè va tarato a un valore superiore del 10% rispetto al dato di targa. Se dando corrente l’elettropompa non si avvia (non spunta), evitare ripetuti tentativi di avviamento. Occorre individuare e rimuovere le cause del mancato funzionamento.

Per la verifica del corretto senso di rotazione di una elettropompa trifase, prima dell’installazione procedere nel seguente modo:

-           inclinare l’elettropompa su un fianco o mantenerla sospesa in sicurezza, con un adeguato mezzo di sollevamento.

-           avviare l’elettropompa per un breve istante ed osservare il senso del contraccolpo all’avviamento. Operare in condizioni di massima sicurezza accertandosi che il contraccolpo non possa generare pericolo.

Il corretto senso di rotazione corrisponde ad un contraccolpo antiorario guardandola dall’alto. Se il senso di rotazione non è corretto occorre togliere la corrente ed invertire fra di loro due dei tre conduttori di fase. Il senso di rotazione deve essere verificato ogni volta che l’elettropompa viene scollegata elettricamente o si deve intervenire per mancanza di fase. attenzione! Il funzionamento con senso di rotazione inverso produce un sovraccarico al motore e può arrecare gravi danni all’elettropompa.

Qualora sia necessario prolungare il cavo elettrico di alimentazione, si deve verificare che questo sia di buona qualità e di sezione adeguata in rapporto alla sua lunghezza ed alla potenza del motore. La giunzione deve essere eseguita a regola d’arte da personale competente e con materiale che garantisca il perfetto isolamento fra i conduttori, ermeticità ed impermeabilità nel tempo. Nel caso si debba sostituire il cavo elettrico, l’operazione deve essere eseguita a cura di personale specializzato, utilizzando soltanto cavo tipo H07HN-F.
