DConnect by DAB is available for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). If you do not have a smartphone compatible with DConnect by DAB, you can still control your devices remotely using a PC or MAC: just go to the www.dconnect.dabpumps.com website and log in when prompted to do so (registration is required).

DConnect Box can be connected to the Internet using a modem. Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable connections are both possible. After establishing the connection, simply follow the indications of the Instruction Manual to connect to DAB Cloud and create your user account.

Yes you can. After connecting the Ethernet cable to the modem/router and DConnect Box, simply complete the network configuration as indicated in the Instruction Manual.

If connection using a network cable is not possible, we recommend that you try Wi-Fi connection. DConnect Box has a function that automatically detects any available Wi-Fi networks. If the Wi-Fi network signal is not strong enough, this will be notified to the user. In such case we recommend the installation of a Wi-Fi signal repeater (which amplifies the Wi-Fi signal), available for purchase at most electronics shops.

After connecting DConnect Box to the Internet, follow the instructions of the App (or the program, if connected through a web browser), and check the “Update” section. If a new update is available, click the green icon and wait for the update process to complete. Please see the DConnect Box Instruction Manual.

Your products must be compatible: check the "D.Connect ready" logo. For the connection simply follow the procedure indicated in the DConnect Box Instruction Manual.

After checking that the wired connection is correct, make sure that you have assigned a different address to each Evoplus - using the “Ad” parameter - and that you have enabled communication using the “En” parameter. All the devices must be connected in sequence, creating a chain. The last circulator must always be connected to DConnect Box. The “Br”, “Pa”, “Sb” parameters must be common for each connected circulator.

Check that the DConnect Box Wi-Fi LED is flashing. If not, close and reopen the App and follow the instructions again.

Each DConnect Box can manage up to eight pumps. If you need to manage more than eight pumps, just add another D.Connect Box to the existing installation.

Make sure that the room where the pumps are installed is capable of receiving a 4G signal. Better reception can be ensured using a modem with remote antenna, installed near a window, skylight, or at the entrance door.

Referring to the manual, check that the individual pumps are updated and update them if necessary. To create an Esybox unit:

1.  Access the “Installer Menu” using the buttons and press and hold the button until “AS” appears on the display. “No Dev” is shown on the pump if it is not associated with any other component.
2. Press and hold the button on the pump for 5 seconds until the blue LED under the display starts to flash. Repeat the same procedure for the next pump to be added to the pressure booster unit. A maximum of 4 pumps can be added to a unit. Once the pumps are associated, the components of the unit are shown on the pump display and the blue LED remains steady. Once the pump unit has been created, it can be connected to the DConnect Box to enable remote control: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for any of the pumps in the unit that has just been created. Within 45 sec, press and hold the left key of the DConnect Box for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. The wireless LED of the DConnect Box will flash and then remain steady once it is associated with the pump unit. To check successful association, open the “AS” menu on the pump display and you should see a new component in the unit called “D.Box”

In this configuration, an Esybox unit is already associated with a DConnect Box and another standalone Esybox is to be connected to the latter.
Referring to the manual, check that the individual pumps are updated and update them if necessary.

Within 45 seconds,
1.    access the “Installer Menu” on the display of the Esybox to be added using the buttons

The blue LED on the pump will start to flash and then remain steady once it is associated with the D.Connect Box. 
To check successful association, open the “AS” menu on the pump display and you should see a new component.

It is not currently possible to create mixed installations with both Esybox and Esybox Mini 3.

The DConnect uses standard connections and ports usually already open in standard network for general web use:

• HTTP (80 HTTP)  HTTPS (443 HTTPS)  NTP (123 UDP) access through the firewall.
• a direct access to the internet (no captive portal, login/sign in page)
• an NTP protocol (123 UDP) to synchronize the time.
• DHCP service enabled

L'app DConnect by DAB è disponibile gratuitamente per Android (Google Play) e iOS (App Store). Se non possiedi uno smartphone compatibile con DConnect by DAB,  è possibile controllare i dispositivi da remoto tramite PC o MAC da browser, accedendo al sito web www.dconnect.dabpumps.com e effettuando il log-in (o registrandosi nel caso di primo accesso).

Il DConnect Box può essere collegato ad Internet tramite un modem in due modalità, via Wi-Fi o via cavo Ethernet. Una volta terminato il collegamento basterà seguire le semplici indicazioni riportate nel manuale di istruzioni per connetterlo al DAB Cloud e creare il proprio account utente.

Sì, è possibile. Una volta collegato il cavo Ethernet dal modem o router di casa al DConnect Box, è possibile avviare la configurazione della rete come riportato nel manuale di istruzioni.

Se non è possibile cablare il locale con un cavo di rete consigliamo di provare con una connessione WI-Fi. Il DConnect Box integra una funzione automatica di rilevamento delle reti wifi nelle vicinanze. Nel caso la rete wifi non abbia un segnale abbastanza forte questo viene segnalato all’utente. In questo caso consigliamo di dotarsi di un ripetitore Wi-Fi (che amplifica il segnale) in vendita in tutti i negozi di elettronica.

Nel sito ufficiale di DAB si trova sempre l’ultima versione del manuale di istruzioni dei nostri prodotti.

Una volta collegato il DConnect Box a Internet seguendo i passaggi indicati dall’App (o dal programma se si è collegati tramite browser), verificare l’apposita sezione “Aggiorna”. Se è presente un aggiornamento cliccare sull’icona verde e attendere l’aggiornamento del prodotto. Per i tutte le informazioni consigliamo di consultare il manuale di istruzioni del DConnect Box.

È necessario essere in possesso di prodotti compatibili (in questa sezione è presente un elenco completo). Per il collegamento basta seguire la procedura indicata nel manuale di istruzioni del DConnect Box.

Dopo aver verificato che il collegamento cablato sia stato eseguito correttamente controllare di aver assegnato un indirizzo diverso ad ogni Evoplus, attraverso il parametro “Ad” e di avere abilitato la comunicazione attraverso il parametro “En”. Tutti i dispositivi connessi devono essere collegati in sequenza creando una catena e l’ultimo circolatore dovrà essere collegato anche al DConnect Box. I parametri “Br”, “Pa”, “Sb” devono essere comuni per ogni circolatore collegato.

Controllare che il led Wifi del DConnect Box lampeggi, in caso negativo chiudere e riaprire l’App e seguire nuovamente le istruzioni indicate.

Ogni DConnect Box può gestire al massimo otto pompe. Per gestirne di più basta aggiungere un altro DConnect Box all’installazione esistente.

No, basta assicurarsi che nella sala di installazione sia presente il segnale Wi-Fi o 3G/4G. Solitamente l'utilizzo di un'antenna esterna posizionata vicino alle finestre consente una ricezione migliore.

Prima bisogna verificare che le singole pompe siano aggiornate. Nel caso non lo fossero provvedere all’aggiornamento seguendo la procedura indicata nel manuale di istruzioni.

1.  Accedere al “Menu Installatore” premendo contemporaneamente i pulsanti per alcuni secondi e poi premere il pulsante  finché non compare sul display la sigla “AS”. Se non è associata a nessun altro componente la pompa mostrerà la scritta “No Dev”. 
2. Tenere premuto il pulsante  per 5 secondi finché il led blu sotto il display non inizia a lampeggiare.
   Compiere la stessa operazione su tutte le pompe (una alla volta) da inserire nel gruppo di pressurizzazione. Un gruppo può essere composto al massimo da 4 pompe.
   Una volta associate fra di loro, sul display di ciascuna vengono mostrati i componenti del gruppo e il led blu rimane acceso fisso.
   È ora possibile collegarle il gruppo al DConnect Box per consentirne il controllo remoto:
   Su una qualsiasi delle pompe del gruppo appena creato ripetere i punti 1 e 2.
   Entro 45 secondi premere il tasto sinistro del DConnect Box per 5 secondi fino al beep. Il led della connessione wireless inizierà a lampeggiare, rimanendo fisso una volta associato al gruppo pompe.
   Se l’associazione è andata a buon fine controllando il menu “AS” sul display comparirà un componente dal nome “D.Box”
    

Sì, è possibile. In questo caso abbiamo già un gruppo di Esybox associati al DConnect Box che vogliamo collegare ad un Esybox singolo da monitorare da remoto. Per prima cosa bisogna verificare che le singole pompe siano aggiornate all’ultima versione, e in caso provvedere all’aggiornamento. Successivamente, tenere premuto il tasto sinistro del DConnect Box per 5 secondi finché non si sentirà un beep e il led di stato della connessione wireless non inizierà a lampeggiare. Ora, entro 45 secondi sull’Esybox da aggiungere:

1. Accedere al “Menu Installatore” premendo contemporaneamente i pulsanti  per alcuni secondi, poi premere il pulsante  finché non compare sul display la sigla “AS”. Se l’Esybox non è associato a nessun altro componente comparirà la scritta “No Dev”.
2. Tenere premuto il pulsante  della pompa per 5 secondi finché il led blu sotto il display non inizia a lampeggiare. Il led della connessione wireless del DConnect Box inizierà a lampeggiare, rimanendo fisso una volta associato al gruppo pompe. Se l’associazione è andata a buon fine controllando il menu “AS” sul display comparirà un nuovo componente.

No, attualmente non è possibile creare installazioni miste fra Esybox ed Esybox Mini 3.

Il DConnect utilizza collegamenti standard e porte solitamente già aperte nelle reti informatiche:

•            HTTP (80 HTTP)  HTTPS (443 HTTPS)  NTP (123 UDP) accessibili tramite il firewall

•            Accesso diretto a internet (senza ulteriori portali di registrazione chiamati captive portal)

•            Servizio DHCP abilitato nella rete
